Review: Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg Dildo

I’m going literal with my domain/blogger name this week by reviewing the Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg Dildo.

I’d seen this dildo around the internet before- although I’d been far more interested in the Zombie from that line- but my actual decision to purchase it was a total impulse. I found the dildo in a brick and mortar store(1), fell in love, and used it within about ten minutes of getting it home. You can buy it directly from Fleshlight for just under £60.

The Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg dildo is one of a line of Fleshlights/Dildos, along with Zombie, Frankenstein, and Vampire dicks, and their penetrable counterparts. It’s about 8” in length total, with an insertable length of about 7.5”, and is made from platinum grade silicone. While it doesn’t show up as well in pictures, the colour is a shimmery metallic sort of purple, and the silicone is soft and glossy.

I really, really love the form of this dildo. A friend argued it was more robotic than cyborg in nature- that the ‘human’ element of the form wasn’t as present, but I personally disagree. The actual shape of the dildo is very humanoid- there’s a very visible shaft, head, and balls. The pointed tip is really the only place where it’s not a standard humanoid in terms of shape, and the robotic elements come into play in the texture of it. The shaft has what could be buttons or could be armour- I’m not certain which it is- and on the top of the shaft there’s a series of ridges leading back from the head. The balls also have a pattern resembling seams in armour, and they’re notably large and heavy. I, personally, really like this. It gives me something hefty to hold onto, and I find the lower centre of gravity makes it easier to ride the Cyborg.

For all it’s textural goodness, the Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg is surprisingly easy for me to take. I’ve actually managed to take it comfortably in my cunt with no lube at all. I think a lot of this is due to the firmness of the silicone- it’s quite soft. Soft enough that the shaft can be bent a lot with minimal effort.

I do find it harder to thrust with than a lot of my other dildos, which sort of sucks. When I do thrust with it, it’s shorter and shallower thrusts than with less textured dildos. I don’t get any discomfort with thrusting, I just find it hard to thrust in a smooth motion due to the texture.

It feels filling- probably more filling than it should given its actual size. The texture tricks the eye into thinking it’s bigger than it is, and I think it managed to trick my cunt too, because despite having taken thicker dicks and dildos than this, I found it wonderfully filling.

The same point about thrusting applies to anal use. I found the texture far more intense during anal penetration than front hole penetration, but I also was far more thankful for the softness of the silicone here. The dip doesn’t really ‘pop’ as my holes pass over the coronal ridge, like a lot of other dildos do for me. I’m not sure how I feel about this.

I didn’t get any prostate action through anal or front hole penetration, but for both, I liked just feeling the dildo inside me. Even if I’m not thrusting or focusing on stimulation of either of my holes, I find my orgasms far more intense if I’m filled with something. And that’s what I find to be the value of the cyborg when it comes to penetration.

I love this dildo for frottage. I don’t think I can express in words how much I love this dildo for frottage. I think it might have dethroned the Rock Hard Man as my favourite frottage dildo. The series of ridges leading up the shaft from the pointed tip seem tailor fucking made for that, and I’ve spent literal hours just holding onto this dildo by the balls, rubbing that part of the dildo against my cock. I’ve rubbed my dick on most of the cyborg to be fair, and it all feels exceptional, but that one series of ridges is my favourite thing ever.

The balls, much as I love how big and heavy they are, are a drawback when it comes to harness use for this dildo. It can be used in a harness- and I have used it in a harness- but the weight being concentrated in the base makes it awkward to manoeuvre. This is one of my few peeves with the Cyborg, as I really like having the versatility of being able to use my dildos to fuck my partners as well as myself.

The Cyborg is also slightly lopsided, with the shaft leaning one way slightly more than the other. This doesn’t bother me too much, and in use I cannot tell at all, but aesthetically some might find it disappointing. I’ve found cleaning to be a little annoying due to the textured surface, but using a soft toothbrush in combination with soap and then toy cleaner seems to work fine.

Overall, I really love the Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg Dildo. Admittedly, a large portion of my love for this dildo is due to the fact I really, really like robots and cyborgs. For those who aren’t quite so techno-fetishist, the appeal might not be quite so strong. I’d suggest people who aren’t into texture, or people who aren’t interested in fantasy toys giving the Fleshlight Freaks Cyborg Dildo a miss. It’s very textured, but the softness of the silicone makes it a very comfortable texture for penetration, and the perfect texture for frottage. It’s not a good dildo for thrusting, but for those who just like feeling full, it’s great.

This toy was purchased of my own free will, and I was not compensated in the form of cash or a free toy in return for a review.
