Review: Fleshlight Freaks Drac Dildo

The Fleshlight Freaks range is a series of horror and fantasy inspired products from Fleshlight, including both penetratable Fleshlights, and dildos. I’ve already reviewed the Cyborg dildo from this range, and loved the imagination in design, and my love has only increased since receiving the Drac and the Zombie dildos from Fleshlight to review.

The Fleshlight Freaks Drac Dildo is, as the name suggests, inspired by vampires. Like the rest of the dildos in the Freaks line, the Drac is pure silicone. It’s a shiny and glossy deep red, with darker colours worked in to really emphasise its features. It has a mostly humanoid shape, with quite hefty balls. Most of the surface of the dildo has a very bumpy texture- this is most prominent on the bottom of the shaft- with a series of waves on the top, that resemble bat wings. The glans is very well defined, and the darker shade of red silicone is used to just define a urethra.

The Drac has an insertable length of just over 6”, and a circumference of just under 6”. It’s harness compatible and anal safe. It’s slightly shorter in length than the Cyborg, and made of a softer and more squishable silicone. I’ve found this, plus the fact the texture isn’t as dramatically defined makes it a lot easier to warm up to. You can buy the Fleshlight Freaks Drac Dildo directly from Fleshlight for just under £58. For this month (Oct 2017) you can get 10% off with the promo code IHEARTFREAKS.

The Drac has a straight shaft, and I find this really helps with using it as a blowjob dildo. This applies for both using it in a harness with partners, and just giving it a blowjob while I masturbate. I’m a big fan of giving fellatio, but while I can take quite large actual dicks, I tend to have trouble performing fellatio on dildos. (Insert all the ‘I vant to suck your dick‘ jokes here that you want.) Part of this is because silicone is less flexible than like, actual flesh dildos, but another part is simply the curved shape of some dildos, or this curve in combination with the firmness of silicone.

However this does mean that I don’t get as much prostate stimulation from using the Drac as I do from other dildos, in either my cunt or my ass. I generally prefer thrusting with the Drac though, providing stimulation to my cock externally at the same time, and I find the shape works perfectly for this. The balls are large and weighty enough to provide a good handle to hold onto, leaving my other hand free to use a vibe on my cock, or to just touch it freely. When using the Drac with the balls pointing up my body, I do get a ‘pop’ sensation from the glans, but because it’s only really dramatically defined on one side, I don’t feel like I get anywhere near the same sensation when using it the other way around.

When using the Drac in my cunt, I find the texture to be a little on the subtle side. I can feel the bumps, but I don’t really get anything out of them, and I can barely feel the wings at all. But I don’t mind this, because it makes a better dildo for thrusting. In my ass, the wings feel fantastic, if a little overpowering at times. Because it’s quite a thick dildo, I do take time to warm up to having it in my ass. I’m very able to take the length and width of it, but those newer to anal would likely find the thickness difficult, and I still needed to stretch before using it.

Despite being quite weighty, the Drac is a good harness dildo. It is sort of a struggle to get into my RodeoH harnesses (both the shorts and the briefs), but once I’ve managed to wrestle it into place, it doesn’t pull at the fabric, and is quite a comfortable weight. As I said earlier, it’s fantastic for harness blowjobs, but it is a bit awkward finding a position to use it to top. It’s good for doggy style sex (both vaginal and anal), but can be awkward to use for missionary sex.

The only other bad thing I can think to say the Fleshlight Freaks Drac is that the texture is a pain in the ass to clean. It’s not quite as bad at the Cyborg, or even the Zombie. I feel like this is something inherent to all and every heavily textured dildo, and the fact that the Drac can be a goo magnet is to be expected. I use the Drac with a condom when using it anally for this reason, but I’m not particularly squicked out by cleaning after front hole use.

While the appeal of the Fleshlight Freaks Drac Dildo- for me at least- rests partly on its vampiric nature (I love vampires), it’s a genuinely excellent dildo. I love the work that obviously went into its design, and I love the glossy deep red tones of the silicone. Even those who aren’t interested in the vampire element will find something here, in the form of a long and thick well textured dildo. While it can be a pain to wrestle into brief style harness, I’d also recommend it as a harness dildo, especially for people who like receiving dildo blowjobs. It’s not something I’d recommend for those who need prostate or g-spot stimulation to cum, or for those who don’t like texture, but people who like texture and (like me) prefer thrusting in combination with external stimulation, I’d recommend it wholeheartedly.

This toy was sent to me for free from Fleshlight, in return for a fair and impartial review. The fact I received this toy for free does not impact my opinions of it. Affiliate links were not used in this post.
